On Saturday 11th May 2019, Incineration Fest makes its return to Camden Town, London, for what is to be the festival's sixth edition and with arguably the most exciting line up yet! Headlining the 2019 event will be norwegian black metal icons Mayhem – one of extreme metal’s most controversial and influential bands. The band will perform a special ‘Demon Anthology‘ show which will be an extended set combining their greatest songs from all of their albums. This will be the only UK performance of Mayhem in 2019. Sub–headlining the festival will be norwegian black metal masters Carpathian Forest, who return to London for the first time since selling out their headline show at The Underworld back in 2013. Carpathian Forest Biography

Carpathian Forest is a Norwegian black metal band formed by Nattefrost and Nordavind in 1990. Since the release of the band's now-legendary Bloodlust & Perversion demo in 1992 and the Journey Through The Cold Moors Of Svarttjern promo of 1993, Carpathian Forest have gained a cult status in the Norwegian black metal scene. Carpathian Forest are unique among black metal bands in that their usual lyrical themes deal with not only satanism, evil, anti-christianity, etc. but sadism, sexual depravity, suicide, and other morbid subjects in addition to usual black metal themes. Guitarist Tchort has also established himself within other well known acts such as the the death metal band Blood Red Throne and progressive metal band Green Carnation and also unknown to many Tchort also appeared on legendary black metallers, Emperor's In The Nightside Eclipse!
