********The Roxodus Music Fest was abruptly canceled by the event organizers on July 3, 2019.  After multiple attempts to communicate and secure funds back from the Roxodus organizers, they have provided no indication that they will be issuing refunds to ticket holders. We believe attendees deserve to get their money back now, so we have set up an Eventbrite-funded Fan Relief Program to make all Roxodus ticket holders whole while we continue to aggressively pursue the return of funds from the festival's creators.  If you purchased a ticket to Roxodus on Eventbrite, there is no action necessary on your end. The Roxodus Music Fest is a cashless payment system event and no admission tickets will be issued for this event. All purchasers will receive a festival wristband by mail until the shipping cut-off date of June 19, 2019, after which you will receive a ticket to exchange for a wristband at the box off, or pick-up wristbands at will-call. You must register the wristband. Instructions on how to register your wristband will be included in your mailed package. Your wristbands should arrive approximately 2 weeks before the event. Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order. All international orders outside North America will be held at will call. Do not tamper with the wristband in any way. Damaged or altered wristbands will prevent you from gaining access and if you willingly damage the bracelet you will be asked to leave the Festival. If a wristband replacement is required a $25 fee will be charged. You cannot share the wristband or sell it to another party. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. We go rain or shine.
