Brothers.Ink

Founded in 2008 by brothers Fareed (trumpet) and Kynoebi Simpson-Hankins (flute and saxophone), the band has been developing non stop. The band has been performing since its inception and has presented at the West Oak Lane Jazz Festival, National Association of Negro Musicians, community centers, private parties and educational events. The band keeps a large and constantly evolving repertoire. The band plays a variety of musical styles inspired by jazz, r&b, hip hop, classical, funk and pop. This allows the band to reach the musical tastes and connect many different types people. The music can be partied and danced to, or simply enjoyed and appreciated.
