Dj Fire

“DJ Fire” born Paul Durisseau is native of La Marque, TX by way of New Orleans, LA. Fire spent the minority of his life in the city of Houston, TX. He got into music as a teenager while touring with a longtime family friend “, Andrus J Espre known on the Zydeco Circuit as “Beau Joque”. At the age of 14, he learned how to understand music, assemble mix boards & sound systems, while learning how to play the Cajun Accordion. In the process he learned how the music industry worked, the touring life of an artist & the proper critiquing of music at a very early age. After Andrus’s passing in 1999, Fire put music behind him where athletics & engineering became his new main hobbies. While in college Fire began finding a strong interest in using computers to manipulated mixing tricks DJs would typically do with turntables in parties. Long story short DJ Fire is one of the first DJs to ever use a PC to DJ in a major club in the Southern United States. Later DJ Fire went on to join a DJ Music Group where he ended up working with Atlantic, Interscope & Capitol Records, in breaking many major artist in the music industry today with projects dating back to 2002. In time he started touring with many major local Houston & New Orleans area artists before moving to Washington DC where he started getting into club DJing & made a name for himself working with some well-known artist learning the craft from talented DJs Like DJ Scratch & DJ Steve Nice . After returning to Texas, DJ Fire began working for some of the major clubs in the state. Pure Lounge Austin & Houston, Hush Nightclub, Drillers NightClub, Luxe Lounge, Club Blue Dallas just to name a few. Fire has toured & worked with names like, Mystical, Betty Wright, Trina, Bone Thugs & Harmony, Nas, Mya, Drake, Plies, Major Money, The S.U.C. in Houston, Pointblank, Paul Wall, Scarface, Slim Thug , Zro, ESG , Travis Porter, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Lil Boosie, Bun B, Plies, K-Kamp, 2 Chainz, just to name a few. Today DJ Fire is in the process of dropping his first major project & soon will be announcing his second DJ tour.
