Loved the band, not a fan of the venue. If you are claustrophobic like I am, standing on the floor isn't an option so I always stand at balcony level. The back of the balcony (in front of the stage) is for me with table reservations so you have to go to the sides to stand. However, I basically spent the entire concert looking at the phones of the people in front of me who were in the pay-to-upgrade "seated area" but standing. If you go up any higher, you can't see the stage and have to watch the concert on a screen. Lifehouse sounded great, it just would have been nice to see them. Venues need to do something about the people that hold their phones up the entire concert to video. It's distracting and ruins the concert for everyone behind them. Taking a photo and putting the phone down is fine but just holding it up for 10-15 minutes straight is outrageous. I will think twice before seeing another concert here.
