Das Freak Valley Festival steht vor der Tür und wir haben eine wahre Warm-Up-Party für euch am Start. So können wir euch mit der John Fairhurst Band und Lacertilia gleich 2 britische Torpedos präsentieren die am darauf folgenden Wochenende auch auf den Bühnen des Freak Fests stehen werden. Unterstützt werden sie von den Hanauern von Cliffsight die mittlerweile auch schon einige Male die Hippies vom Herzberg Festival begeistert haben. Also wenn das nicht viel versprechend klingt?

Drawing deeply from blues, rock, folk and world music, with a penchant for slide guitar and a distinctive deep growling voice, the songs and virtuoso guitar playing of John Fairhurst, delivered in pure raconteur style, narrate all the wild first hand experiences of a life on the road
Hailed by Acoustic Guitar Magazine USA as one of the Top Resonator guitar players worldwide, John has released 5 albums over the last 10 years as both a solo artist and with his full electric band. ‘The Divided Kingdom’, was released in April 2019 to international critical acclaim.
After taking a 5 year hiatus, John is preparing to dip his toe back into playing live in 2024, with a small number of carefully selected shows in the UK and Europe.
A new album is on the horizon. It will be a catharsis. See you out there on the road!
