Kyle Rogan

My name is Kyle Rogan and I am a singer-musician-whatever in the LA-area.

I work in a variety of genres (perhaps because I get bored easily, but my marketing consultant likes to say I “use the best genre to convey each story”...whatever that means). One moment I’m (literally) bouncing to an upbeat pop-rock tune. Another I’m laughing at my own jokes in an indie-folk song. Next I’m caught up in a romantic singer-songwriter track. Whatever the genre, I write about figuring life out: the raw, funny, adventurous, and super awkward moments that make life interesting.

Basically, I like to write songs that I’d like to listen to. I really enjoy bands like Matchbox Twenty, The Avett Brothers, Twenty One Pilots, and Weezer, so if you like any of those guys we can take our friendship to the next level. (Near-best-friend status if you can name several Barenaked Ladies non-hits.)

I do a lot of shows in the LA area (other tours coming soon!) so check out my website for upcoming gigs. Also if you’re going to come to my next show, I recommend showing up with a bag of candy or a twix bar. Not because this will make the show any better, but because I really like candy and I’m assuming you would share because you’re a good person.
