Too Bad is an Electronic duo. Formed in the ocean while surfing the south side of the pier in Huntington Beach. Justin Brescia and Gerry Saint collobarated to make their debut album called "permission to land" Now Jason Napier has joined the duo to perform the album at their very high energy and rockin shows.
