Obsolete Incarnation Biography
Obsolete Incarnation wurde 2009 von Kai (Gitarre), Martin (Drums) und Christian (Bass) gegründet, mit dem Ziel kompromisslosen und technisch anspruchsvollen modernen Deathmetal zu spielen.
Nur kurze Zeit später wurde mit Sven ein Sänger gefunden der den Vorstellungen der Band entsprach.
Nachdem die ersten Songs geschrieben waren, war man Anfang 2010 bereit die ersten Gigs zu spielen. Der zweite Gig war beim Bandcontest "Wiehl macht Musik", wo man sich - als einzige Metalband - gegen die anderen Bands durchsetzten konnte.
Von dem gewonnen Preisgeld wurde dann die EP "Insanity Redefined" finanziert, welche im September 2010 erschienen ist.
Es folgten weitere Gigs und nach einem Auftritt im Bahndamm in Wermelskirchen im Mai 2012, stieß Jens (Gitarre, Ex-By Brute Force) hinzu und komplettierte damit das Line-Up.
Im Januar 2014 verließ Christian aus persönlichen Gründen die Band. Doch schon kurze Zeit später wurde mit Marius (Killing Culture) ein neuer Bassist gefunden.
Ein Album ist für das zweite Halbjahr 2014 geplant. Mitte Mai beginnen die Schlagzeugaufnahmen.

Obsolete Incarnation was founded in early 2009 by Kai (guitar), Martin (drums) and Christian (bass guitar), in order to play technical and brutal modern Deathmetal.
A short time later Sven was recruited as shouter.
After the first songs were written, the band was ready to play their first gigs in early 2010. The secound gig was the band contest "Wiehl macht Musik", where Obsolete Incarnation was able win against the other bands.
In September 2010 the EP "Insanity Redefined" was released, financed by the price Money of the band contest.
More gigs followed and after a show in Wermelskirchen in May 2012, Jens (guitar, Ex-By Brute Force) joined the band and completed the line-up.
In January 2014 Christian left the band for personal reasons, but short time later a new bass player was found in Marius (Killing Culture).
A full-lenght-album is planned for the secound half of 2014. Drum recording begins in may.
