Mallory Knox Biography

The rapid success of Mallory Knox’s debut album ‘Signals’ saw them reaching #1 in the iTunes Rock Chart and #35 in the UK Official Album Charts. Their second and third albums ‘Asymmetry’ and ‘Wired’ have granted them two times consecutively the coveted Top 20 in the UK official Album Charts. Alongside album success, all of their singles to date have been playlisted on BBC Radio 1, including 4 consecutive A-list singles amongst other UK radio stations. All of Mallory Knox’s singles have also reached A-list level on MTV Rocks, Kerrang! and Scuzz TV, alongside numerous nominations at the Kerrang! Awards which has cemented them as one of the best upcoming UK Rock bands in the UK.

They have played numerous tours of their own, with sold out nights at prestigious venues such as Electric Ballroom, Koko and Roundhouse, as well as having supported bands such as A Day To Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Simple Plan and Sleeping With Sirens. It’s their strong live presence that has seen them perform at numerous major festivals including Main Stage performances at Reading & Leeds, Download Festival, Radio 1 Big Weekend, Slam Dunk, Warped Tour, Rock Am Ring/Rock Im Park and many more across the world.

2019 marks a brand-new chapter of Mallory Knox with an exciting new direction, the clear-cut melody that they have become known for over the course of their last three records is still there but there’s a new rawness to their sound. From the bullish opening of ‘Psycho Killer’ and frantic patter of ‘Live Wire’ through to the no-holds-barred battery of ‘Four’ and punk-rock intensity of closer ‘Guts’, it is a record brimming with passion, persistence and power. It is the sound of a band breaking away from whatever is expected of them and creating art that best represents them. It’s the album that has been building up inside of Mallory Knox for years and is ready to shatter as many perceptions as it possibly can. After over 5 different sessions and 14 months of recording, the band have worked tirelessly to release the self-titled album coming to you on August 16, followed by a headline tour throughout September and October.
