Rick Vallejo As a child I always had desire for the entertainment business. My influences begin with Elvis Presley, Toto, Journey, and Foreigner. I stared on the TV Series Miami Vice and have engineered various national acts to include Four Tops, Eddie Money, Neil Sedaka, Ratt, Vertical Horizon, just to name a few. I have done jingles and played in various bands like Tambu Strider Cisco kids and now the Compass band. I have played at the White House in Washington DC for President Clinton, Michigan international Speedway and performed with Eddie Money at Harris Casino. I have been a musician and an engineer for over 30 years. My passion is to continue to share the love of music in singing and writing for people who love music.

Tim Cichon Playing for 40 years, has played blues with Dave Miller band, rock with Bittersweet, blues-rock with the Syndicate, country with American Grand. Currently guitar player in Visions of Santana. Graduated from California's Musicians Institute. Previously taught at highland guitar studio.

Chris Georgeff is a veteran of the Northwest Indiana/Chicago music scene. Classically trained on piano, Chris has been playing keyboards and composing music for over 30 years. His keyboard influences include Keith Emerson, Jonathan Cain, Tim Capello, and the music of ELP, Journey, The Babys, Bad English, Lenny Kravitz, and Johnny Cash. Why I play: “It’s all about connecting to others through music.”

Lou samaniego has been a musician for over 30yrs writing songs has always been his passion. He has writing jingles for NBC and London MTV. He has just released singles from his latest "RITO" release on on spotify, Itunes, internet radio, etc...He hopes to write new hits with The Compass band. Lou has also played some cool venues such as the Jenny Jones show, the Star theatre, Chicago's double door and countless Festivals.

Salvatore J Monaco Drummer and Percussionist has performed with Bret Michaels lead singer of the band Poison, Atlantic Records Off Broadway, Bigguitars From Memphis, The Wild Ones, Chicago 80s tribute band Windy City Rockers, and the one and only Pack Rats Duo. Loves all styles of music and is influenced by all the greats like Buddy Rich, Neil Peart, Tommy Aldridge, John Bonham, Steve Smith just to name a few. Currently now performing with the band Compass.
