SEVENTH SEEKER are leading the UKs new wave of female-fronted symphonic metal bands, combining a melodic mixture of operatic elements, crunching guitars and rapid drums. The 5 piece act comprises of Daisy Robinson (vocals), Steve Walker and Jon Shaw (lead guitars), Selina Robinson (drums), and Alex Paton (Bass). Seventh Seeker released their debut EP ‘ANGELS TEMPTATION’ in April 2013. The soulful vocals of frontwoman Daisy are nicely complimented with some light guitar melodies, before the track builds into a huge, lighters-in-the-air chorus made for arena shows and videos filmed in wind tunnels. It’s the kind of track that should be played as the first dance at metalhead weddings and is a booming, powerful slice of brilliance that could leave even the most cynical, sarcastic metal journalist weeping on his living room floor, repeatedly shouting “I’m sorry” at a broken old Buzz Lightyear toy.
