I wanted to make music that made people feel something. Music that was able to reach deep inside someone and grab their heart. Growing up the son of popular 90’s Country singer, John Berry, I was introduced to the music scene at a very young age. I spent a lot of time running around backstage at Dad’s shows, wandering into tour load-in’s and sneaking into soundchecks. Now, at 24 years old, I’m still that little kid... but now I have a guitar. I grew up in Athens, Georgia, hustled every day at every bar in town for a few years in Nashville, and found myself again in Deep East Texas. Through all of it, the crazy thing about music is that no matter how far away I go, or how long I stay there, the music always keeps coming to me. I’ve learned to trust the music because through it all, it’s never misguided me.
