In the late '80s and early '90s, Junkyard were staple members of the same storied L.A. #hardrock scene that produced Guns 'N' Roses, Little Caesar, and The Hangmen. In 1989, Geffen Records released their self-titled debut album and its singles “Hollywood” and “Simple Man” made it into heavy rotation on MTV and radio stations across the country.
