We had never been to Hard Rock Live Sacramento before so we were a little overwhelmed with the size of the venue & the number of people in attendance.
What a show!! Everything was amazing--the dancing, the music, the lighting, the energy, the talent. What a miracle that Hailey could perform alongside Derek!
We had seen Derek and his sister several years ago in a much smaller, more intimate setting (Luther Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, CA). There was, understandably, a very close connection to the audience. Even in this large venue, with all that was going on, he seemed very humble & genuinely interested in the audience members & thankful for our presence, which just added to the experience.
Thank you, Derek and Hailey, for sharing yourselves and your talents with us. We look forward to seeing you again in N. CA or Reno.
