Westerners

Westerners is a garage rock band that formed in nowhere Kansas ("Where The Civil War Began"...that's what the sign says anyway) in 2013 by long time friends Mitch Hewlett and Josh Hartranft. Fast forward a few years and we've seen the band open for acts like Cloud Nothings, The Good Life, Peelander Z, Shonen Knife, Murder By Death, and Pujol. We've seen them tour over 250 shows in 12 states garnering a fan base in their own right and air time on a list of independent radio stations. We've seen the band record and produce their debut album "Reoccurring Dream Theme" released on Kansas City label The Record Machine. Right now, Westerners are working on new material for an upcoming ep release and meeting as many new friends as possible. *highfive
