Go Deep International Ministries

Go Deep Ministries was founded by Michael and Sherrie Howell in 1999. It has always been their desire through their music and lives, to see others move beyond just knowing "about God" to truly knowing Him. Their message is one of hope and faith in God's unfailing love. Their songs are anthems of Jesus' complete work of redemption and the abundant life that is waiting for all who will receive God's free gift of grace.

(1999-2010 GO DEEP)
From 1999 to 2010 Michael & Sherrie traveled under the band name "Go Deep". With their two young children in tow and band mates they traveled the U.S. leading worship for Churches, conferences, camps and retreats. They were on the road sharing the stage with some great Christian artists including Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Switchfoot, Matthew West and others.

Michael and Sherrie now travel and record music under their names as well as the "family" band name "HOWELL". They often share the word in a "storyteller" fashion in a concert/worship night setting. The word and worship work together in a prophetic/spirit led flow that brings comfort, healing and an overwhelming sense of God's love and grace. Michael often ministers in churches as a "guest" worship leader and also leads worship for Kenneth Copeland Ministries at conferences around the world.

The New Sound Is Family
In 2003 one Michael and Sherrie along with their band went on the road full-time, they made the decision to do whatever it too to have their children with them as much as possible. It was expensive and not necessarily easy to have toddlers on the road for 200+ dates a year, but they will tell you it was the most rewarding decision they ever made. In their own words - "We discipled or kid's FIRST...they were the priority. We knew ministry could only be as successful as our family". Sarah (19) and John Michael (17) are now both on staff in the worship department of their church (Gateway Church) and travel with their parents leading worship all over the us. They are both songwriters with songs on nationally distributed releases. Sarah's song "Beloved" was recently covered by Word Recording Artist Dara Maclean. John Michael's song "After My Heart" is fast becoming a congregational favorite after being sung by Gateway Students at the annual Student Conference which hosted 4k young adults and was streamed live on the Daystar Netwaork. John Michael is set to release his first EP in March 2017.

When the Howell's show up at a conference or church, people see a real life picture of what building marriage, family and ministry on the sure foundation of God's word can look like. They will be the first to tell you they haven't done it ALL PERFECTLY in their near 25 years of marriage but they can say with surety, EVERY couple and family has 100% chance of success when you develop a lifestyle of leaning into Grace and Making God's Word final authority.

Michael & Sherrie are loving this Season of traveling with her children, teaching, leading worship and sharing the true story of God's faithfulness in their lives. They love encouraging young couples just starting out as well as those who may have been through some tough times and need to be reminded that God is THE redeemer and restorer. There is no situation too far gone for his grace to invade and bring life back in to any relationship whether it be between husband and wife or parent and child...God can and WANTS to fix it!
