The Burning Dogma

The Burning Dogma nascono a Bologna per volontà di M. Cremonini e D. Luccarini nel 2008 dalle ceneri dei Never Before Midnight con l'intento di rivisitare le precedenti esperienze in campo metal in maniera personale, fondendo un death metal votato alla drammaticità con influenze del tutto estranee ed aliene al metal stesso, quali new wave, ebm, dark rock, shoegaze etc. Dopo svariati cambi di lineup e diversi show nella regione, i TBD incidono il loro primo lavoro presso i Regrexion Studio (Nero di Marte, Disease Illusion etc..) intitolato "Cold Shade Burning" nel 2012, ricevendo ottime recensioni da svariate testate di settore (per maggiori dettagli fare riferimento alla pagina facebook o a quella di reverbnation nella sezione Press). Durante il biennio 2012/2013 il gruppo si esibisce in circa una trentina di show in tutta Italia portando sul palco non solo musica ma anche curate scenografie per offrire al pubblico una più soddisfacente esperienza audio visiva. Tale attitudine porta la band all'attenzione della compagnia teatrale Amorevole Compagnia Pneumatica per la quale viene realizzata una clip video inserita nella loro piece "Poetico ma non troppo". Nel frattempo la lineup si stabilizza attorno a M.Cremonini (lead gt),D.Luccarini (rhythm gt),G.Esposito (keys),A.Villaverde (drums), S.Esperti (bass) e A.Montefiori (vocals). Nel 2014 inizia il processo di scrittura di ciò che diverrà il nuovo lavoro, stavolta un full lenght, che nonostante sporadiche interruzioni per alcune date live, trova il termine presso i rinomati Domination Studio di Simone Mularoni e Simone Bertozzi sotto la loro attenta supervione, nel giugno 2015, registrano il successore di "Cold Shade Burning" che si intitolerà "No Shores of Hope" L'artwork è stato creato e curato presso gli studio francesi della 3mmi di Pierre-Alain Durand già all'opera per Necrodeath e altre band di culto. Nell’Ottobre 2015 firmano per la Sliptrick Records con la quale pubblicano il 12 Febbraio 2016 il nuovo album intitolato appunto “No Shores of Hope”. The Burning Dogma project has born in Bologna by the will of M.Cremonini and D. Luccarini in 2008 from Never Before Midnight's ashes with the intent to revisit previous musical experiences in a personal way, mixing a "devote to drama" death metal with totally foreign and alien to metal itself influences as New Wave, EBM, dark rock, shoegaze etc. After several lineup changes and different show in the region, the TBD record their first work in 2012 at Regrexion Studio (Nero di Marte, Disease Illusion etc ..) entitled "Cold Shade Burning", receiving excellent reviews from various sector magazine both on line and on paper (for more details refer to the facebook page or ReverbNation Press section). During 2012/2013 the band performed in about thirty shows throughout Italy bringing on stage not only music but also a cured sets of choreography in order to provide to the audience a complete and more satisfying visual and audio experience. This attitude brings the band to the attention of the theater company called Amorevole Compagnia Pneumatica for which as been shooted a video clip used in their piece "Poetico ma non troppo". Meanwhile the lineup stabilizes around M.Cremonini (lead gt), D.Luccarini (rhythm gt), G.Esposito (keys), A.Villaverde (drums), S.Esperti (bass) and A.Montefiori (vocals ). In 2014 starts writing process of what will become the new album, this time a complete full length and despite to sporadic outages for some live dates, TBD joined Simone Mularoni and Simone Bertozzi at famous Domination Studio and under his careful supervision, in June 2015, they recorded the successor of "Cold Shade Burning" titled "No Shores of Hope." The artwork was created and edited at French 3mmi studio by Pierre-Alain Durand already author of Necrodeath and other bands of cult covers. In October 2015 The Burning Dogma signs for the America based label Sliatrick Records which published "No Shores of Hope" in February 12th 2016. "...with no shores...this storm...we're hopless..."
