Versus Music Project è felice di annunciare l'arrivo in Italia dei death metallers americani Origin! [Eng] The project took shape in September 2013. Once five members brought together by shared musical tastes and goals were gathered, the writing process started. The whole idea of the band was to include both the death metal sound and elements taken from other genres like fusion and ambient, as well as melodic openings and meter changes. After few gigs, in September 2014 the first demo was recorded and first confirmations for 2015 shows arrived. The band had a short tour in Eastern Europe in August as well as some shows between France and Luxembourg during the fall. By the end of the year the recording of their first full length was completed and in early 2017 the band signed to the Japanese label Ghastly Music: “Resilience” was released on May 5th.
[Ita] Il progetto prende forma nel settembre 2013. Riuniti cinque membri affini per gusti musicali e obiettivi, inizia il processo di scrittura. L’idea complessiva della band è di includere sia il sound death metal sia elementi presi da altri generi come fusion e ambient, così come aperture melodiche e cambi di metro. Nel settembre 2014 viene registrato il primo demo e arrivano conferme per i primi show del 2015. In agosto la band parte per un breve tour nell'Est Europa e suona anche in Francia e Lussemburgo durante l'autunno. Per la fine dell'anno vengono ultimate le registrazioni del primo album e ad inizio 2017 la band firma per l’etichetta giapponese Ghastly Music: “Resilience” viene pubblicato il 5 maggio.
