Snow/Skate/Surf - Grit Rock time children! If you have ever loved snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking, surfing, bmx, skiing, water/snow... of any kind or any capacity, then prepare to LOVE Riding Gravity! You're never too old to love boarding, even if just in spirit! Join us in this love! Reminisce good old times of boarding inception, or be young now and put your grit down on the streets and mountain tops! Our spirits are young forever and while were stuck in this body and earth, We're all literally here and now

ROLL CALL:
DAVE COOKE - (Rhythm/Lead Guitar/Lead Vocals, composer, producer, boarder): Has scored over 30+ live stage plays for Off Broadway Theatre and has written, recorded and produced music for many commercials for tv and radio. Dave has produced many other local artists projects as well. Dave started his 1st band in jr high and by high school was performing for crowds. Dave later went on in a few notable popular local bands. Dave has been skating and snowboarding since the late 1980's. Though nowdays longboarding for fun is life! Dave began RG's inception in 2015.
BRAD LORD - (Drums, Percussion, Backing Vocal, Boarder). Brad is a HUGE talent and we are grateful and blessed to have him rockin' with us! Brad's in the pocket backbeat, quick witty improvs, dynamic playing, fast chops and artistic beats are second to none! Brad received a degree in jazz music from the U of U. You'll find Brad freelancing as a jazz drummer for many projects and venues in Utah. Listen for his drum solo's at our gigs and have your socks knocked off!
NATE MESERVY - (Keyboards/Ryth Guitar/Vocals, Boarder): Has a heart of gold and a passion for music and learning like no other musician I've had in a band! This guy has drive, grit and a love for all things music and life! He's a beautiful soul! Nate is a vegan and actively promoting the ethical treatment needs for animals as well as the health benefits of the diet.
ANDREW PINCOCK - (Bass/Backing Vocal, Boarder). Andrew has recently come to SLC. From living in Idaho, New York and California he now happily calls Utah home and we're stocked to have him. Andrew is a MONSTER talent on the bass! This dude knows how to friggin' rock in the pocket and shine with that certain something that is so attractive to audiences! Andrew has played bass in rock opera's in New York New York, runs a youtube channel for bass players, has played in numerous bands of worth and now we are privileged and honored to have him in Riding Gravity! Andrew is next level stuff and something to watch out for!
Riding Gravity's style is derived from 60’s Surf, 70’s Punk, 80’s New Wave, being played by 90’s Grunge Kids. Add it all up it equals something new, rad and in yo face!!
