Low Land Home Biography
Low Land Home is melancholic, mysterious and intimate. By combining minimalistisch piano, warm vocals, intriguing atmospheres and driving rhythms, they create an interesting spectrum, ranging from fragile songs to wide and resonating melodies. Low Land Home takes you on a dark and authentic journey through profound human themes.
Low Land Home was founded in the fall of 2016 in Ghent (BE) and successfully released their debut EP ‘Underspoken’ in the spring of 2017. Since then the band shared the stage with well respected bands such as Sophia, Marble Sounds, Coely, Gabriel Rios, Chantal Acda, Tamino and Daan. Their first single ‘I Know’ hit the national radio charts for several weeks. Their second single ‘All This Time’ was featured on De Standaard, one of Belgium's major national newspapers.
Low Land Home is currently writing and recording its debut album, which will be released in the fall of 2018. On this album the band will take steps forward in doing what they do best: experiment with dark sounding, intense songs that people can relate to. They are ready to take it to the next level and ready to start exploring more boundaries, both physically and musically.
