JP Candela is one of the most influential House DJ/Producers on Ibiza’s electronic music circuit.
Resident DJ at Pacha Ibiza & Space Ibiza for many years, he has become David Guetta’s DJ of choice at his legendary F*** me I’m Famous parties at Pacha Ibiza and Official DJ of the FMIF World Tour.
JP has racked up appearances at some of the most prestigious clubs and festivals across the globe including Rock in Rio, Ultra Europe, Creamfields, A Summer Story Festival, Isle Of Dreams, Barcelona Beach festival, Holi Festival, Zurich Street Parade, Dream Beach, Medusa Festival, Marenostrum Festival, WMC Miami, Gay Pride and MTV Hauptstadt Club. He has played at legendary clubs such as Wall (Miami), Avalon (L.A - Hollywood), Ministry of Sound (London), Pacha (Ibiza), Zouk (Singapore), Versus (Belgium), Sirena (Brazil), The Egg (London), Queen (Paris), Noa (Croatia), Spazio 900 (Rome), Opium (Barcelona), Puro Sky (Berlin), Club One (Buenos Aires), Space (Ibiza), Amnesia (Ibiza), Privilege (Ibiza), Playboy Club (New Delhi), Club Muse (Wuhan), Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana to mention a few.
Aside from clubs and festivals, JP is popular on the Spanish and international celebrity circuit with regular appearances at sport, fashion and cinema, events. Many artists have used JP as the DJ for their concert after parties such as U2, The Killers, and Rihanna. JP even performed as support DJ for Lenny Kravitz's last Spanish tour.
In 2016 JP Candela was signed as an artist for LIVENATION in Spain, an accolade which allows him to perform at the brand’s main festivals and concert after parties. He is also the official face and national resident of LIVENATION’ s massive Barcelona Beach Festival – BBF in 2017.
He has worked with many brands in their advertising campaigns, like SEAT , Nike, Coca Cola, Corona and Monster Energy.
Performances aside, at heart JP Candela remains one of the most prolific remixers and producers in the Spanish electronic music scene. Some of his remixing highlights include David Guetta Feat Nicki Minaj “Turn Me On” and David Guetta and Kid Cudi‘s “Memories” which was championed by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. JP also delivered memorable remixes for Dennis Ferrer, Jaydee and Tara MacDonald. JP’s remix of Kaz James’ “Kids” was charted by Pete Tong as one of the 10 best tracks at Miami WMC in 2012 and his remix of Showtek’s “Booyah” on Spinnin Records, which garnered huge reactions.
He has released his remix of David Guetta’s “Bang My Head,” featuring Sia and Fetty Wapp, one of the biggest hits of 2015.

He is the music manager of his own Tour & Record Label UNION MUSIC DIVISION.
In 2015, JP Candela co-created the music resort: Wonderwall; an open air party hotel in Valencia that has already earned infamous status in its debut years. 2017 will herald the opening of his next club called AZZA. In Valencia. JP has also created his own DJ Camp - “JP CANDELA CAMP DJ” which has had a strong impact on national TV and media and has already gained a lot of support with 150 kids committing to the 2017 edition.
