Travis Collins Biography

Nine albums into an incredible career and Travis is hitting new highs with his latest album, ‘Any Less Anymore’, becoming the highest charting Australian country album of 2023, debuting at #3 on the ARIA All-Genre Album chart and #1 on the ARIA Country Album chart. Travis was the equal most nominated artist in the 2024 Golden Guitar Awards with six nominations and took home the award for Vocal Collaboration of the Year for Runnin’ the Country (with The Wolfe Brothers)

‘Any Less Anymore’ features five singles, including the aforementioned ‘Runnin’ the Country’(with The Wolfe Brothers), which was the longest running Australian #1 single of 2023 with six weeks at #1 on the CountryTown Hot 50 airplay chart (Australia’s official country airplay chart, compiled from data supplied by RadioMonitor) and it was only beaten for most weeks at #1 in 2023 by global smash hit ‘Last Night’ by Morgan Wallen, which spent 7 weeks at #1 on the chart. The album also features “One of Them Nights”, “Just The Way”, “Any Less Anymore” and latest single, “Chill”.

The centrepiece of the album is the touching ballad, ‘Raise Me’. A song written just weeks before the birth of his daughter, Ava, the song perfectly captures the vulnerability of becoming a first-time parent. Travis debuted the song at the legendary CMC Rocks Songwriters Show to rapturous applause. Travis shared the stage with Nashville hit makers Ashley McBryde and Mitchell Tenpenny who professed their admiration for the performance and craftsmanship behind the song.

With his soulful voice and earthy sound, Travis is considered one of Australia’s finest country music artists. He has a unique gift of piloting both heartfelt ballads and supercharged country-rock floor-fillers. The nine time Golden Guitar Award winner (including 3 x Male Artist of the Year), four-time CMC Award winner and CMA Global Artist Award winner has toured alongside US megastars Tim McGraw and Luke Combs and is one of Australia’s favourite live performers.
