About this concert
For nearly 40 years, A Flock of Seagulls has been the face of the iconic new wave and synthpop movements that defined popular music in the 1980s -- and now they're headlining this year's "Lost '80s Live" tour. This radical rush down memory lane at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park is filled with more awesome '80s bands than you can fit into a fleet of DeLoreans. Other throwback faves set to take the stage include Wang Chung ("Everybody Have Fun Tonight"), Naked Eyes ("Always Something There to Remind Me"), The Romantics ("What I Like About You") and more. Bodacious '80s fashion, like skinny ties, shoulder pads and moussed hair, are welcome at this massive dance party.

Strangelove was the star of the night. They sounded just like a younger version of depeche mode.
Flock, on the other hand, had the lead, original member; Mike down with a voice issue.
Great night, great venue.

A Flock of Seagulls Biography
Hailing from Liverpool, England, A Flock of Seagulls is a synthpop group originally formed by brothers Mike Score (keyboards, vocals) and Ali Score (drums), with Frank Maudsley (bass) and Paul Reynolds (guitar) that gained popularity and subsequently infamy in the early days of MTV with the video for their songs I Ran and & quot; A Space Age Love Song; , in which the latter showcased the lead singer Mike Score's distinct haircut. To this day they remain firmly identified with their song, and the early '80s.
