Dimestore Playboys

Hailing from Ottawa, Canada, the Dimestore Playboys are made up of veteran Ottawa musicians: Ian Cook (Kingmakers) lead vocals, rhythm guitar; Ian Clark (The Lowball Bidders) lead guitar and vocals; Sean Burke (The Mud Boys) bass and vocals; and Matt Sobb (MonkeyJunk) drums and vocals. The Playboys are sure to entertain, playing a unique blend of rockabilly, swing, blues, early country and hillbilly favorites with a smattering of well penned originals to keep your feet on the dance floor! As well as playing regularly within the Ottawa area, more notable appearances have included headlining both The Red Hot and Blue Rockabilly Weekender (Brockville, On.) and the Rigaud Rockabilly Rumble in 2017 (Rigaud, PQ).
