Originally from South Africa, Amanda Blue has been the lead singer of bands which included drummer Anton Fig in the 80s, Noel Redding (Hendrix) in the 90s, and she has recorded several albums of her own as an Independent Artist. Amanda has toured with Alice Cooper, and Tina Turner covered her band’s original song, "Better Be Good to Me” in the early 80s. Tina went on to receive a Grammy for best female vocal performance of the year for this song in 1983.
