Tragic Jack

Matt Whipkey and his band will be making their first appearance at The Down Under Lounge on Cinco de Mayo, and they mean business. Matt has played in theaters all over the Midwest, and we're excited to host this Americana/rock group in the friendly confines of The DU. Matt will be joined by Lincoln rock/soul outfit Tragic Jack! Tragic Jack is a Nebraska based Pop, Rock and Soul project from songwriters Charles Hull and Marty Amsler. Exploring broken relationships, sordid characters, and unfortunate events, Tragic Jack delivers original songs performed with conviction and groove.
