The Elevator by Marv Radio - Beat Box Sound Healing
The Elevator is a transformative group meditation that begins as a shamanic sound healing, and ends in a high energy rave!
Learn how to use your voice to empower and heal yourself. Bliss out to a psychedelic sound bath and guided visualisation, and let go of all the baggage you’ve been carrying as we transition to a live-music ecstatic dance. This session combines beatboxing, loopstation and improvised vocal mantras to elevate you to the highest vibration.
Marv Radio is a pioneer of vocal arts and expression. He is a 3x UK Beatbox Team Champion, vocal artist, and conscious theatre practitioner. Marv uses the voice and other instruments as healing tools in one on one and group sound healing sessions. Marv creates live psychedelic soundscapes for; The Elevator - sound bath and meditation sessions, and Elev8Warrior - yoga and meditation with his partner Loussin-Torah.
Mango Bandits: Supernatural Sea Creatures: Immersive Performance
Supernatural sea creatures are fed up with the constant rain of plastic over their underwater city. They have risen from the depths with their trusty LEDs to spread awareness of marine pollution in a curious and playful manner.
Meet and interact with these fascinating creatures to hear more about their story and where they are going be over the summer.
Mango Bandits specialise in themed walkabout performances with integrated circus props, and theatrical fire spinning. Pooling the skills and resources of over a dozen members, they provide bespoke performances for nearly any environment. From circus performers to actors to clowns, they are the tinkers and tailors of entertainment.

Marv Radio Music Biography
London raised Marv Radio is a vocal force of nature and one of a kind performer. The 3X Team UK Beatbox Champion combines beatboxing, rapping, singing, high energy freestyling and live looping to make a healing musical experience. Whether Radio is on stage, teaching a workshop, performing a sound therapy session or in the studio, his voice is dedicated to raising the vibration and making people feel good. He is an experienced host can turn any event into an interactive performance and engage audiences of all kinds.
He is currently writing and rehearsing new material for his one-man show “Mantra”, a theatre piece and music release, which will be featured at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and will also be adapted into a graphic novel and short film. Mantra speaks on the healing potential of music, mental health and the connections between hip hop and shamanism
In Spring 2017 Marv was beatboxing on the tube and responding to an aggressive passenger in freestyle rap. The video went viral on LadBible before being taken down upon request of the video owner. The video was seen by millions of people, being featured in BBC newsbeat, The Evening Standard, TimeOut London and BBC Radio 4.
He has been performing at live events for over 14 years and in that time has performed at many top live venues, events and festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival, Lovebox, Excel Centre, Sadler’s Wells, The O2 Arena and various top level venues around the country. He has been a featured performer on Channel 4, Sky One, Sky Sports and CBeebies He is the beatboxer behind First Direct’s “Unexpected Tweet” TV advert.
As well as being a diverse vocalist and writer, Marv uses the voice as a therapeutic tool. In March and April 2017, he facilitated a project with laryngectomy patients in partnership with the charity Shout At Cancer. The patients, who had their voiceboxes surgically removed were trained to beatbox, leading to a live performance and resulting in newfound confidence and pride as well as a feature on BBC Three’s “Amazing Humans”.
Marv sees music as an agent of change and uses his voice to speak on many important social issues. He hopes to make conscious music as marketable as any other musical style and show that you can be cool and conscious.
He released his new EP “The Airwaves” on 3rd November 2017. It can be streamed and downloaded from all good platforms.
