Sacred sensual self-care practices are necessary to deepen our connection to feminine sexual energy and our unique ability to heal as women. In the first part of this workshop you will learn: How to strengthen the pelvic floor to maintain vitality How to balance your hormones through the cultivation of sexual energy How to maintain breast and ovarian health through ovarian breathing and breast massage How to clear negativity and fear to free up our creative energy in order to create our lives. In the second part of the workshop you will also learn: What is a yoni egg and why would a woman use one? What are the benefits and what diseases can be cleared by using one ? What yoni egg should you choose and which are toxic What size is right for you? If it is a good idea to have sex with your yoni egg? What happens if your yoni egg gets stuck? Join her as she guides us in a freeform movement class using sensuality with levels from floor, chair and heels! Dance includes warm up and cool down stretches.
