Leisure Chief Biography
Leisure Chief is an original collective, dedicated to crafting vibrations for the the mind and the booty. Influenced by the foundations of funk, soul, R&B and jazz fusion, the band weaves lyrical and instrumental music, grooving for the enjoyment of all types of music lovers. The sound is dynamic, featuring high-energy moments that make you bounce, as well as imaginative contrasts of soundscapes through the spectrum of human emotion. Live shows are raw, ever-evolving departures from the recorded compositions, and are sure to leave you wanting more!
With their most recent release, 2019 double-single “Deux" and their 2016 full -length album “King of Nothing” under their belts, they have since toured the US southeast, and continued to build their local Florida fan base while edging more and more into the music festival scene with appearances at festivals such as Hulaween, Gasparilla Music Festival, and Orange Blossom Jamboree. With a new album in the final stages of production, be on the lookout for future music releases and show announcements in 2020 and beyond!
