BY-PASS je pančevački bend koji je na početku karijere, tokom 90-tih, stilski bio pod uticajem Progressive Rock, Metal, Stoner Rock i Grunge-a, da bi se vremenom oblikovao u nešto što je po definiciji najbliže kombinaciji New Prog i Alternative Metal podžanrova. Na zvuk benda su najviše uticale grupe poput Tool, Soundgarden, Type O Negative, Deftones, Alice in Chains i Massive Attack.

BY-PASS is a band from Pancevo influenced by Progressive Rock, Metal, Stoner Rock and Grunge of the 90's. Over time, the band's sound was shaped into something that, by definition, is closest to a combination of New Prog and Alternative Metal subgenres. The band's sound was shaped mostly by groups like Tool, Soundgarden, Type O Negative, Deftones, Alice in Chains and Massive Attack.
