About this concert
The Homelands Tour follows the night sky, journeying along plains, down rivers and across oceans to bring young and established First Nations artists together on their Homelands for songwriting and music mentoring workshops and out onto stages at festivals around the world, to find the points of connection that unite us all.
The show features songwriters-in-the-round and a genre-fused and campfire-fuelled finale lead by Nhunggabarra, Kooma, Muruwari singer-songwriter Glenn Skuthorpe (Goodooga NSW) and Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) multi-instrumentalist Michel Bruyere (Sagkeeng Manitoba CA). Produced by Katie Symes, the tour features local and international guest artists.
