Detroit based songwriting duo George Friend and Laura Rain transform vintage soul, r&b and funky blues into their own unique vision. The duo won a prestigious Detroit Music Award in 2016 for "Outstanding Blues Songwriters" performing a mix of classic soul, pop and r&b.The duo write and create their own original brand of Motor City soul and blues, as well as perform classic songs from a bygone era.
