Laura Rainey Biography
Cross-disciplinary performer Laura Rainey is an emerging soprano and current candidate of the Bachelor of Music in Classical voice at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University. She has been awarded the Australian Music Examinations Board Grade 8 classical voice and Grade 4 Practice of Piano certificates, along with the Advanced 2 Vocational Ballet Award by the Royal Academy of Dance, England.
Having previously studied with world renowned countertenor Tobias Cole and Wagnerian soprano Lisa Gasteen, Laura is now broadening her repertoire and performing locally under the guidance of Australian soprano Shelli Hulcombe.
