The Charm Offensive

The Charm Offensive is the newest project from Hatch Benedict, singer and frontman of Vancouver’s Sex With Strangers, and features the musical debut of Trish Kelly on bass and vocals. For their first two tracks, "Alive and Divided" and "The Safe Word (is Don't)", the band collaborated with veteran producer by Mark Henning (PURE, Combine the Victorious), who also contributed guitar and programming to the offerings. While it may too early for The Charm Offensive to claim a genre, it’s safe to assume that the "haunted on the dance floor" vibe of these first tracks will become themes in future collaborations.
