Randy's Got a Playdough Face Biography
Randy's Got a Playdough Face, originally from The Great Beyond, is currently materialized in Queens NY.
Randy’s debut LP, My Father Used to Build Sand Sculptures, is reminiscent of early 2000’s indie rock with influences drawing from Death Cab for Cutie, Wilco, and Modest Mouse. This new release explores deeply rooted personal emotions in their relation to the inner workings of everything else in the world. All of the songs on the record were written in a single unique guitar tuning devised just for this album in order to give a familiar and signature harmonic and sonic structure throughout.
A second LP is complete and is expected for a late 2018/early 2019 release.
