The music and the musician are full of energy that comes right through to the audience. Ashley's vocals are reminiscent of Joplin. Great job by the whole band. I see them every chance I get and they never get old.

Sister Moon Biography
Sister Moon is a rock project launched in early 2017 by Atlanta singer-songwriter Ashley Rivera. Referred to more as an art collective rather than band, the outfit conjures up southern gothic sounds and imagery over inky blues.
Described by Indie Music Digest as having a “catchy mystique, an infectious jagged edge,” Ashley is a young veteran of the ATL music scene. In her maiden collaboration with producer David Rowe (Save Grand Canyon, The Spins) and a coven of accomplished artists who contribute as writers, musicians, and visual creators, Sister Moon blends the dark lyrical content and haunting vocals that Rivera has become known for with a new musical heaviness. The result is a spooky rock soundscape that leaves a listener with, as the lyric sings, “goosebumps on your bones."
