Joe Rock Show

Joe Harwood was born in 1955. Started playing guitar in 1966. Joe's first band started in 1968 with Sid Seney on Bass and Rod Trebelcock on drums they and played thru 1973 playing up to 6 times per month while going to high school. Joe regrouped in 1976 at took his band Sassy on the road playing in Kansas, Oklahoma Texas, Nebraska, Wyoming just to name a few. After the tour he joined a band called Sky in Kansas and was one of the top draw bands in their area playing 3 - 5 days per week with Mark and Denise Cockriel and a few other band mates. Joe re-located to the SLC Utah Area in 1981 and played and recorded several music projects. Joe continued to write and record over the next several years. Joe took time off of the music circuit to build several businesses and raise a family. In 2010 Joe formed the JOE ROCK SHOW. His first recording was released in 2011 with Kelly Brown on keys and co-producer Dan Ward on Bass with some other studio players. Joe started playing live in the Salt Lake area in 2012 with Ricardo Romero on drums and Dave Hollerbach on Bass guitar and back ground vocals. After a couple of years Joe added two new players to the band with Tony Ryan on Drums and back ground vocals and was joined later by Troy Setterberg on Bass guitar. Performing as a a power trio featuring words and music by Joe Harwood. As a power trio the band played original songs with some great straight forward rock covers thrown in. Joe Rock Show has played several shows in the SLC market over the past five years. The band has opened for LA Guns, Firehouse, Grim Reaper, Winger and several others. The new studio CD is available on itunes and several other digital formats.
