Eight Sins Biography

Two words that perfectly define EIGHT SINS.

A metal-hardcore and thrash crossover, founded in 2006 by a bunch of friends driven by the same
goal and passion: to deliver their best on stage no matter what. Eight Sins is clearly influenced by the
American thrash movement as well as the New York Hardcore scene.

Their music is fast, heavy, precise and tailor-made for live performances. After more than fifteen years
of existence, six studio records, several original music videos, and numerous shows in Europe, the
band has forged a solid reputation in french metal scene.

This has allowed them to share the stage with big names such as Sepultura, Walls of Jericho,
Agnostic Front, Terror, Municipal Waste, Madball, Sick of it All, Unearth, Black Bomb A, and Lofofora,
and also to perform at big French festivals like Hellfest, Sylak Open Air, Plane’r Fest.

Eight Sins released their debut full-length album in 2008, titled 'Straight Hate', followed one year later
by a split EP with French rapper VII called 'Blood Of Revenge’. In 2013, the French band joined the
Swiss label Bad Mood Records with the aim of giving birth to its sophomore album called 'World Of
Sorrow', followed three years later by 'SERPENTS' (2016, Thousand Ghosts Highway Records).

At this point, the band decided to push forward its thrash metal roots, and recorded the EP “It’s a
Trap“ in 2018. Very well received by critics and the fans, five years later they do it again. In 2023, Eight
Sins released its fourth full-length album called 'STRAIGHT TO NAMEK’.
