Leah Justine

Leah Justine was born and raised in Tacoma, WA where she started singing and performing at a young age. Although she started out performing in musical theater as a child, her passion and love has always been country music. Her father introduced her to Hank William Jr., Waylon Jennings, and Merle Haggard at a young age when he put them on the radio and sang to her in his hair brush microphone. Leah spent a lot of time at her grandmother's house, where she kept her favorite record, Patsy Cline, on the record player. In her own CD player at home was Garth Brooks Greatest Hits, Leanne Rimes, Faith Hill and Alan Jackson. It's the simple yet colorful stories driven by powerful instruments like the guitar, steel, and fiddle that keep country music the favorite in Leah's heart. After college, Leah continued to perform in numerous shows in regional musical theater playhouses across the South Sound. Country music continued to call and when she was asked to front local country band Five Dollar Fine, she took the offer and never looked back, thrilled at the opportunity to pursue a dream and sing country music on stage.
