1000 Watt Prophets

1000 Watt Prophets is a power trio of grandmaster musicians bringing the message of their soulful genre-bending sound to crowds everywhere.

Already considered a notorious vocal and instrumental duo prior to forming the band, guitarist Zak Bunce and bassist Denny Richards eventually brought Nashville seasoned drummer Matt Hayes into the fold, birthing the musical three headed dragon known as 1000 Watt Prophets. - a band that is equal parts cohesive vocal group and prodigies of the pocket.

The band specializes in throwing down new takes on old sounds, blending Soul, Americana, Blues, R&B, Rock, Jazz, and Gospel feels into their original compositions as well as interpreting a fun selection of deep cut covers.
