About this concert
Join us again at 8ARM with The Southern Death Cult DJ Crew as black Sunshine, Jennifer von Schlichten, and SILK WOLF satiate your dark hearts with your favorite classics and new goth/industrial/dark/cold/wave tunes. “She was strange and beautiful and those were human qualities that I had never seen Weaved together before. She became terrifying to me, not because I feared who she was, but for the sake of love, I feared what she could do to me.” ― Christopher Poindexter No cover. Donations accepted. Black attire encouraged.

Silk Wolf Biography

Silk Wolf is an audio/visual project of Atlanta, GA based artist Destin Jacobus, a staple of underground music and forward thinking events across the South Eastern US. Focusing on sounds that were not widely available in the Atlanta club scene, since the early 2000s he's pushed the envelope of local boundaries with multi-genre DJ sets inspired by his affection for classic horror motifs, Detroit Techno, Chicago House, Acid, Wax Trax Industrial, Darkwave/Goth and Post Punk. Sharing the stage with a wide range of notable artists such as Skream, DJ Pierre, Crystal Castles, Keoki, Tommie Sunshine and DJ sets with members of Ladytron, Ministry, Marilyn Manson & Nine Inch Nails, it's a testament of his versed spells and dancefloor magics.

Currently Silk Wolf is working on his debut album and a variety of film projects as well as maintaining regular guest DJ appearances and hosting Transmission, Night Shift and HUSH, his primary platform for pushing avantgarde art films and genres such as Dark Italo, Witchhouse, Post Punk, Cold Wave, Darkwave, Industrial/EBM, Acid, Vogue, Techno, & beyond. Expect a mix from the likes of Miss Kittin, Anthony Rother, Green Velvet, Front 242, Front Line Assembly, The KVB, Linea Aspera, Louisahhh, Mount Sims, Cold Cave, TR/ST, Molecule, Ellen Allien, The Hacker, Boy Harsher, Keluar, Hante. & Fever Ray.
