MsChycity born as Chyann Sanders is a recording rap artist residing in Dallas, TX. Known for her Lyrical, versatile, creative rap style distinguishing her from other artists.
MsChycity born in Chicago, IL moved to Minneapolis, MN where she lived most of her life until she was an adult. She graduated high School and moved to Dallas, Texas where she received her degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia of Applied Science. Writing rap lyrics and poems since the 3rd grade she decided to take what was at first a hobby more serious when she moved to Dallas in 2009. Withholding a talent that she has had for a while she finally hit the studio for the first time recording her first track called “D-town”
Inspirations like Lauryn Hill, Twista, Shawnna, Missy Elliot, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole she Continued to make music, She Fell in love with hearing her voice come out the speakers. Since then MsChycity started promoting, traveling, collaborating with numerous artists nationwide and networking with varies individuals in the music industry. Performing her music heavily at showcases in the DFW metroplex as well as Winning many competitions and placing in the top 3 MsChycity started to get a “Buzz” in Texas. She began getting invited to numerous radio stations and blogs for interviews.
September 2015 MsChycity officially was “First Lady“ of a Dallas record label called Ligit Entertainment. She also joined a Ladies Movement called the “Murdah Mamis” with CEO rap artist named Absolut. Hitting many stages with her teams weekly she became more determined and inspired by others that one day she will be a highly known rap artist worldwide. Amongst being just a rap artist she is also a Graphic Designer, Photographer, Model and Radio Co-host
