Jack Hinson

Jack Hinson makes positive and roots music. Jack has been playing music since the age of 3 years old and has been his biggest passion in life since then. At 6 years old, Jack was touring the country playing bars, nightclubs and events all over the U.S. He would sing one song every night with a band and then it became 2 songs until he was 16 years old and joined the band as the drummer singer. At 21 years old he completed college for music performance and starting writing songs on the guitar. One of his biggest influences was Jack Johnson and he started out just wanting to write songs about the life lessons that he was going through at the time. Often writing and dreaming about the ocean, on top of writing about life lessons he would include a beach flavor to the music to give it the nostalgic escape he was after. Music started to become his escape from rural Illinois and he always dreamed about some day living on the ocean. As the years past and the writing progressed he found his way down to southern Florida where he lives now. Lately he has teamed up and signed under the label Roots Musician Records, owned and operated by EN Young at Imperial Sounds Studio which has become his main producer. His debut single release "Going Back Home" was written about all the music festival days, in which he found complete peace, then having to leave the festival to go back to the real world of politics and other normal daily events, having to leave this festival world of complete connection with the festival family that all unite under one law of peace and understanding centered around art and love. He has just released his first EP "Waves" which is now available on every major online outlet. He is currently working on his new EP which will feature all the songs he wrote in his early 20's. The new EP is called "Where did the Time Go" which is very nostalgic and a very classic vibe.
