Having garnered over ten thousand streams on their first ever released single "Haunted" in under a month, there is definitive proof that The Crown Remnant are actively working to achieve their goal of bringing their new melodic heavy metal sound to the masses. Showcasing a blend of blisteringly heavy riffs, insane guitar solos, aggressive vocals, and powerhouse rhythms, The Crown Remnant is dedicated to making their music everything they believe metal should be.

With their debut release "The Wicked King: Part I" out now, TCR is showing the world the birth of their melodic heavy metal sound. Those fortunate enough to have heard it have showered it with praise: comparing it to the likes of major metal acts such as Killswitch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold, Mastodon, and Atreyu. After playing a Western U.S. tour to support their latest record release, the band is ecstatic to show their passion and hard work to everyone this coming year and beyond. The future has never looked better for the band.

We started our journey in 2016. Lead vocalist and guitarist Will Ash made a work of art come to life with “The Wicked King”, a debut album that released under the band in 2017 and later the second part in 2019. The idea was to make something big, theatrical, and creative that would let the band revitalize the metal scene they all loved and allow them to say the things they wanted to say, and play what they thought needed to be heard.

Soon, more players and members came in, amazed by the ongoing project that would turn out to be The Wicked King. Lineups came and went, and the band went on to permanently appoint Art Ramirez as the drummer. The band set out to make a professional full length record starting with nothing but a guitar and a pen & paper. As the project started to form together, so did the business, the boys’ friendship, and the scope of the project. Will and Art had both creatively been in other outlets, other bands and scenes that allowed them to grow and learn, but for once this was the big leagues. It was go big or go home and the band devoted hours, days, weeks, and months to writing and performing some of the best songs they had to offer. When the other members came on board, they saw a record taking shape that was different than any other metal record on the market. A “no holds barred” record that tested the creative limits of the band and ended up being bigger than they could believe.

Now? The Crown Remnant is playing exciting live shows and is working on a highly anticipated follow-up to their hit, "The Wicked King: Part II". They've been working on new videos, performances, updates, and articles after seeing great success in their social media campaigns as well, starting with over fifty thousand video views and over eight thousand visits to their website. The band has been working towards a future of touring and innovating for their expanding audience while doing what they love. More than anything, TCR is ready to show the world what they're made of. 

The Crown Remnant is composed of four incredibly talented members with an insatiable drive to achieve.  Poised to become one of the biggest names in metal, they are willing to give everything they have in order to succeed.
