The Iowa State Center is pleased to announce a new music venue within Stephens Auditorium. The Goldfinch Room is a newly created space on the ground floor of Stephens Auditorium on the Iowa State Center campus. Nestled inside the Celebrity Café on the ground floor, this listening room will provide great acoustics in an intimate setting for approximately 100 people. Chad Elliott will be one of 3 acts on stage for the in-the-round show!

Chad Elliott Biography
Midwest singer-songwriter Chad Elliott blends folk roots, swampy blues and soulful writing to deliver an original Americana sound. His live performances have been honed over 25 years on the road performing more than 200 shows each year. Elliott is lauded as “Iowa’s Renaissance man” by Culture Buzz Magazine. He has penned more than 2,000 songs in his career while also cultivating his skills as a painter, sculptor, illustrator and author.
