Curtis Peoples Biography
Curtis Peoples is a pop artist and singer/songwriter with a defined understanding of how to create dynamic yet radio friendly music that fans of both rock and pop can enjoy equally.
As a singer songwriter, Curtis has toured the US countless times and developed a global fan base. Curtis' self-titled first album was produced by Marshall Altman. He released his second album "The Fight", which was produced by Steven Solomon (James Arthur “Say You Won’t Let Go”) and busbee (Pink, Marren Morris, Florida Georgia Line, Jon Bellion) and featured songs co-written by busbee , Nathan Chapman, Marshall Altman, Vic Fuentes, Steven Solomon, Kevin Griffin, and Ryan Tedder.
Curtis also has found success as a songwriter for other artists. He co-wrote the Platinum Certified single “King For A Day” for Fearless Records act Pierce The Veil. Curtis also co-wrote the Pierce The Veil radio hit "Circles" amongst others on their "Misadventures" album.
Curtis co-wrote and co-produced the Grayscale sophomore album "Nella Vita" that debuted #1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Charts. He also worked on the Third Eye Blind albums "Dopamine", "We Are Drugs", "Screamer" and "Our Bande Apart". He continues to work with new and established artists in a variety of genres, including Jake Wesley Rogers, TRACES, Valerie Broussard, Grayscale, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Movements, Picturesque, Linney, among others.
Curtis is a member of the indie pop band Kids In America. The band's hit single "Summer of Love" was featured on Esquire, Billboard, Sirius XM, and radio. Curtis also has written songs for and co-produced alt rock side projects Pep Squad and Rvrside. His music has been featured on CBS, Netflix, NBC, The CW, UFC, ABC, Hulu, etc.
