FOOD/DRINK SPECIALS! On Wednesday, December 19th, join us at H.O.M.E at The BOB in Grand Rapids, MI from 7:00pm-11:00pm for a fun night of great live music, food specials and a raffle with awesome prizes from area businesses, all benefitting Mel Trotter Ministries. Right here in Grand Rapids, just down the street, hundreds of hungry, homeless and hurting people are suffering this holiday season. However, just down the street there is also a SOLUTION. Mel Trotter Ministries has been serving the homeless, hungry and hurting for over 100 years and offering a chance for a fresh start. Every single day Mel Trotter Ministries fights to end homelessness in West Michigan, one life at a time, providing men, women and children in need with a safe shelter, nourishing meals, basic necessities, transitional programs which work with people in finding stable employment and permanent housing, and a hope for a brighter tomorrow. We are asking for donations of tangible goods (list of needed items is below!) and/or monetary donations made by check or cash. 100% of every dollar and item collected will go directly to Mel Trotter Ministries.
