A PURE VOICE

“I love when a song gives back,” says Loren Cole. “Maybe it’s through the slightest perspective shift, or in the way it describes a feeling or situation that once seemed indescribable. Either way, you came out of it differently than you did going in. That’s what I want to give to others.”

Loren’s music is comfort food with a conscience. Wrapping little life truths in a warm blanket of Americana pop, she draws inspiration from the light and shade of ordinary people.

From the banks of Bay City, Michigan, Loren grew up with the determination of someone who’s lived through 6-month winters. Leaving her days of cold behind, she has spent the last four years in Los Angeles studying music in USC’s Popular Music program. She enjoys cooking dinner, golden doodles and reading the first half of self-help books.

This year, Loren preps for her debut album, For the Sake of Being Honest, scheduled to release in August.
