Morgan White

Born in the Southern Coalfields of West Virginia, by the age of two, Morgan White had already begun exhibiting a musical talent which would become her life-long passion. With a baby bottle in one hand and a microphone in the other, she performed at local nursing homes where her mother would stand her in a chair and she would sing classic gospel songs.


Influenced by legends like Reba McEntire, Dolly Parton, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood...Morgan is a true vocal stylist. This sassy, strikingly powerful, ultra-entertainer is bound and determined to follow in the footsteps of these greats!!! While she has some pretty big shoes to fill, this little lady is up for the challenge!!!


Morgan has always known that singing would carry her far beyond the Appalachian peaks that she calls home. Referred to as a modern-day “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” her first album entitled “I’m Gone” produced TWO #1 Singles!!! The album's title track "I’m Gone" remained at the top of the charts for TWELVE WEEKS STRAIGHT on Hot Country Radio in the Carolina’s.


In the fall of 2009, Morgan headed south to Nashville, Tennessee to begin her pursuit of a recording contract. A year later, she was contacted by a well-known industry engineer who told her that her efforts were paying off. Morgan soon met with Elbert West, a multi-talented, Nashville-based Producer/Singer/Songwriter and was signed to MooTown Records in November of 2010. She remained on the label for the next year and a half crafting her songwriting skills and gaining knowledge about the business.


In 2017, Morgan released her highly-anticipated, self-titled, sophomore album!!! The album, all co-penned by White, is a blend of modern country and the Classic, All-American Sound Morgan's fans have grown to love. The first Nationally Released single "Sad and Lonely," with it's soaring chorus, has garnered national attention on several music industry charts and media outlets. This year alone, Morgan currently holds 5 Josie Music Awards nominations, including: Female Artist of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year for "Sad and Lonely," and Music Video of the Year!!!


Morgan is currently touring with her band, headlining major state fairs and festivals. She was selected by WQBE out of Charleston, WV to perform at the Pre Parties of Country Superstars Keith Urban and Brad Paisley! She has opened for many greats such as Deana Carter, Trick Pony, and John King just to name a few.. Morgan has grown tremendously as a singer/songwriter and looks forward to establishing herself as a talented artist alongside many of her fellow Country Music Idols and Legends!!!
